These Terms of Service govern your use of WatanTopUp (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. The service
WatanTopUp sends prepaid mobile airtime and data to phone numbers in Afghanistan on supported networks. Top-ups are delivered through our licensed distribution partners and the recipient’s mobile operator.
2. Your order
- You are responsible for entering the correct recipient number and network.
- Top-ups delivered to a valid number cannot be reversed by the operator.
- The total price, including any fee, is shown before you confirm payment.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We may decline or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent.
4. Failed top-ups
If a top-up cannot be delivered, it will be refunded to your original payment method. See our Refund policy.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for operator network outages, the recipient’s use of the credit, or operator pricing and bundle terms.
